General Policies
Rates and Reservations
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice
- Reservations require 100% prepayment
- All visitors must register at check-in
- Reservations made on Glampi.com are subject to availability confirmation within 24 hours
Check-in / Check-out Times
- Check-in: 3:00 PM
- Check-out: 12:00 PM
Pets
Each glamping site establishes its own policies. Pet admission is prohibited except where explicitly stated. If allowed, additional fees may apply and must be disclosed in advance.
Property Responsibility
Guests are liable for any damage assessed at checkout and must pay via electronic transfer the same day. Glampi is not responsible for personal losses.
Stay Termination
Management may terminate stays for policy violations with a penalty of CLP $300,000. No refunds for guest-initiated early departures.
Cancellation and Modification Terms
Standard Rate
- Full refund: Cancellation more than 30 days in advance
- 50% penalty: Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before
- No refund: Cancellation less than 15 days in advance
Modifications: Free until 15 days before. A fee of CLP $50,000 applies for changes within 10 days.
Promotional Rates
No modifications or cancellations allowed. A new booking is required.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after cancellation confirmation.
Additional Policies
Late Arrivals
Arrivals after 8:00 PM require advance notice.
No Shows
No-shows incur the full reservation charge.
Social Activities
Social activities are limited to 8:00 PM maximum.
Sustainability
Sustainability is emphasized: restricted electronics use and water conservation required.
